Established in 1927 on converted farmland, the
Basin Harbor Golf Course
is an 18-hole championship course, making it a popular Vermont golf
resort. Players are treated to stunning scenery and glimpses of local
wildlife. Basin Harbor offers guests lakeside golf on the first course
in the state to become a sanctioned Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Golf
Course. The program is dedicated to preserving natural resources and
enhancing wildlife habitats. Winding through the gently rolling hills
of Champlain Valley, the course follows natural woods and open areas.
At more than 6,500 yards, the expansive and demanding course features
small and medium contoured greens, 48 bunkers, and bent-grass turf.
